Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
Participation in the Champion Dentists “Success Partner” program is open to individuals or businesses that are legally registered and operating in the dental industry or related fields. By applying to become a Success Partner, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the application process is accurate and truthful. Champion Dentists reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
Referral Process:
As a Success Partner, you are responsible for submitting referrals through the approved methods outlined by Champion Dentists, typically via email. Referrals must be genuine, potential clients who have expressed interest in Champion Dentists’ services. Champion Dentists will review and qualify all referrals to ensure they meet our criteria. Acceptance of a referral does not guarantee any particular outcome, and compensation is only provided for referrals that result in a completed sale.
Compensation:
Success Partners will receive a referral fee of 10% on the revenue generated from any referred client that results in a sale. Payments will be made monthly, following the receipt of payment from the client. The referral fee is calculated based on the net revenue, excluding any taxes, fees, or other deductions. Payments will be made via direct deposit to the bank account provided by the Success Partner. Champion Dentists reserves the right to modify the referral fee structure with prior notice to all active Success Partners.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Success Partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and confidentiality. Any client or referral information shared with you in the course of the program must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Champion Dentists. Additionally, Success Partners are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and to act in the best interest of Champion Dentists at all times.
Termination:
Champion Dentists reserves the right to terminate a Success Partner’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, any pending referral fees for completed sales will be paid out according to the standard payment schedule. Success Partners may also choose to withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice to Champion Dentists.
