Emmeline “Emmie” Saavedra is the CEO, President, and Owner of Champion Dentists Inc., where she leads a powerhouse team of results-driven coaches, business trainers, and consultants delivering transformative strategies and implementation for dental practices nationwide.
With over 30 years of experience in the health industry—as a registered nurse and co-owner of four specialty dental practices—and more than four decades as a successful entrepreneur, Emmie brings deep expertise in leadership development, team performance, and business growth. Her passion lies in building meaningful relationships, developing strong leaders, and helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
Emmie is an award-winning sales and relationship coach, known for using customized, science-backed systems that drive exceptional results in both business and life. Her mission is to help others experience personal transformation, powerful leadership, and the joy, prosperity, and peace they are fully capable of achieving.
Amy L’Ecuyer, RDH
Practice Growth Advisor
Amy is a practice owner, strategist, business owner, and leadership coach with nearly 30 years in the dental industry. In 2023, she took the leap into practice ownership, purchasing a dental practice in Mesa, AZ, where she serves as both a clinical hygienist and business leader.
As the founder of Bridge the Gap Consulting Services, PLLC, Amy is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and DISC Trainer, specializing in communication, leadership, and operational growth. She has worked with over 300 dental practices to refine systems, strengthen teams, and drive sustainable success.
Amy holds degrees in Dental Hygiene, Health Science, and Education, graduating magna cum laude. She has been featured in Dental Entrepreneur Women Magazine, hosted “The Cost of Communication” podcast, and led leadership workshops.
Passionate about giving back, she volunteers with foster care programs, homeless ministries, and Arizona Mission of Mercy.
Evelyne Vu-Tien, DDS, MBA
Dental Practice Advisor
Dr. Evelyne is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry with over three decades of experience. Coming from a family of entrepreneurial dentists, she developed a unique niche in the industry, combining business analytics, team communication, and systems analysis to help practices thrive. As a former business owner, she founded and led a boutique pediatric dental practice for nearly 15 years.
She was recently elected Southern Director of the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry and serves as a Board Member for the San Diego County Dental Foundation and the San Diego County Dental Society. She is also a faculty attending at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego and lectures on practice management for the American Dental Association’s Success Seminars Program.
Dr. Evelyne holds a degree in Business-Economics from UCLA, a DDS from the University of California, San Francisco, and an MBA from the University of San Diego, where she served as Director of Communications for the graduate business school. Her dedication to public health includes work with the San Diego Health and Human Services Oral Health Initiative Board and CSPD’s Public Policy Committee. She has also participated in humanitarian dental outreach programs in Vietnam and Mexico.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her active-duty U.S. Navy husband, two daughters, and rescue animals, as well as hiking and practicing yoga.
Dr. Eric Goodman
Chief Learning and Performance Officer
Dr. Eric Goodman is a business strategist, leadership expert, and trusted advisor helping dentists build thriving, patient-centric, and financially successful practices. With 25+ years of experience in business strategy, team optimization, and organizational performance, he specializes in developing high-performance cultures and strategic growth plans.
As a former business school dean and chief academic officer, Dr. Goodman bridges the gap between clinical excellence and business acumen. He has designed and led industry-leading training programs that equip healthcare professionals with essential leadership and operational skills. His work with Fortune 100 companies has further refined his expertise in change management, leadership development, and practice optimization.
Dr. Goodman holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration specializing in Organization Development and Change from the University of Colorado and multiple coaching and training certifications. He is the co-founder of I3 Empowerment Solutions and founder of Innovate AI Systems, where he continues to revolutionize leadership in dentistry.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and advanced doctoral studies. She is also a Master Life Coach and holds multiple certifications in business coaching, goal setting, happiness coaching, and professional life coaching, equipping her with a holistic approach to leadership and business growth.
Her expertise spans marketing, patient acquisition, sales, and practice operations, with a track record of helping businesses streamline processes, develop leadership, and scale effectively.
When she’s not coaching or consulting, she enjoys reading, trying new experiences, and cooking.
Tammy Conley

With over 25 years of experience in the dental industry across the U.S. and Canada, Tammy brings extensive expertise in every department of a dental office. She has held key roles, including Registered Dental Assistant, Hygiene Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Front Office Coordinator, Office Manager, and Dental Consultant.
Tammy is passionate about helping dental practices optimize efficiency, enhance patient care, and increase profitability. She works closely with teams to improve production and collections, elevate patient education and customer service, streamline office operations, and control overhead costs. Her deep understanding of both clinical and administrative operations allows her to create practical, results-driven strategies that drive long-term success.
